• STUDY- 2: Foreign Policy and Strategy
• STUDY- 3: Economic Policy and Strategy
• STUDY- 4: Domestic Policy and Strategy
• STUDY- 5: Defence Policy and Strategy
• STUDY- 6: National Security Policy and Strategy
• STUDY- 7: Strategic Management
• STUDY- 8: Inland Study Tour.

CONDUCT

• Based on Lectures/ Panel discussions by top of the line professionals, scholars and experts from various fields.
• Crisis management exercise for one week.
• Conduct of Inland tours.
• There is complete freedom of thoughts and expressions, during the conduct of workshop.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Parliamentarians from various political parties and federating units are selected by Chairman Senate and respective Speakers of the Assemblies.
• Districts Nazims are nominated by Secretaries of respective Provincial Governments.
• Bureaucrats/ Technocrats/ Additional Secretaries are nominated by Establishment Division.
• Ambassadors designate (Foreign Service/ Political appointees) are selected by Foreign
  Office.
• Military Officers (Two Stars) by respective Service Headquarters.
• Private Sectors (Media, Lawyers & Industrialists) nominated by respective ministries.
