national security issues and the process of policy formulation.

- STUDY- 7: Strategic Management
- STUDY- 8: Inland Study Tour.
CONDUCT
- Based on Lectures/ Panel discussions by
top of the line professionals, scholars and experts from various
fields.
- Crisis management exercise for one week.
- Conduct of Inland tours.
- There is complete freedom of thoughts
and expressions, during the conduct of workshop.
SELECTION PROCESS
- Parliamentarians from various political parties
and federating units are selected by Chairman Senate and respective
Speakers of the Assemblies.
- Districts Nazims are nominated by Secretaries
of respective Provincial Governments.
- Bureaucrats/ Technocrats/ Additional Secretaries
are nominated by Establishment Division.
- Ambassadors designate (Foreign Service/ Political
appointees) are selected by Foreign
Office.
- Military Officers (Two Stars) by respective
Service Headquarters.
- Private Sectors (Media, Lawyers &
Industrialists) nominated by respective ministries.
