(The merit of result awaited candidates shall be determined on HSSC-Part-I marks. Candidates having foreign certificates should provide equivalence certificates from IBCC. In case the IBCC equivalence is delayed from IBCC, merit shall be determined from 1st year grades equated to minimum numerical ratings of correspondence grades in IBCC conversion formula by NDU Admission Committee. An undertaking to this effect shall be obtained) from the applicant at the time of applying.

BS Bridging

Academic background: 30%
HSSC / Equiv =15% +
BA/BSc / Equiv =15%)

Merit of Result awaited shall be determined with min. 2nd Div. Candidates having foreign certificates/ degrees should provide HEC equivalence of Min 14 Years Schooling and conversion of the letter grades into marks from HEC/ respective University for consideration of merit calculation. In case of CGPA, its shall be converted to its respective percentage. Applications without numerical ratings shall be evaluated with minimum eligibility criteria of 2nd Division.

MPhil/MS

Academic background: 40%

(Foreign degree holders are required to submit the HEC equivalence of 16 years education and letter grades conversion to numerical marks/ CGPA certificate from respective Authorities for merit calculation. CGPA based degree shall be evaluated in its respective percentage. Applications without numerical ratings shall be evaluated with minimum 2nd div / CGPA (2.5).

PhD

Academics background: 35%

Foreign degree holders are required to submit the HEC equivalence of 17/18 years education and letter grades conversion to numerical marks/ CGPA certificate from respective Authorities for merit calculation. CGPA based degree shall be evaluated in its respective percentage. Applications without numerical ratings shall be evaluated with minimum required percentage (60%)/ CGPA (3.0).
